Music: The American analytical philosopher, Jerrold Levinson, defines music as sounds that are man-made or arranged for the purpose of enriching experience via active engagement (e.g., through performing, listening, dancing) where sounds are primarily attended to for their sonic qualities cf(Levinson). On one hand, he stays true to formalism. The sounds in music are intended for 'listening to primarily as sounds, and not primarily as symbols of discursive thought. I enjoy the sounds of Nature, Classical, Musicals, Jazz, Hip Hop, Country, Hard Rock, and Marching Bands. TV: PBS,History Channel, Food Networks,CSI. I Love Lucy, 24, Late Night Shows, Comedy.Criminal Minds... Books: Designing,Self Motivational,High Technology, Health, Inventions, Old World,World Travel,Art & Graphics. Sports: Archery,Racing, Bowling, Martial Arts,Baseball,Olympic games. Interests: Ancient Cultures and Enterprising Ideas Movies: If you think about it movies tend to soothe, calm or appease the mind. They define it as a sequence of photographs projected onto a screen with sufficient rapidity as to create the illusion of motion and continuity. Movies I enjoy is to vast to define but if I was to choose a periods it would be 1930's, 1950's,1960's to 2006. I enjoy action, drama, comedy, adventure, fantasy, and nature documentaries. My all time favorite's are, "The Good Earth (1950), African Queen (1951), Apocolypse Now ( 1979), GONE WITH THE WIND (1939) THE WIZARD OF OZ (1939), THE GRADUATE (1967), SCHINDLER'S LIST (1993), SINGIN' IN THE RAIN (1952), IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE (1946), THE BRIDGE ON THE RIVER KWAI (1957),STAR WARS (1977), PSYCHO (1960), YANKEE DOODLE DANDY (1942), THE GRAPES OF WRATH (1940),TAXI DRIVER (1976), FANTASIA (1940),THE GODFATHER PART II (1974),RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK (1981)Take the Lead (2006), Cars (2006),Robots (2005) and all James Bonds movies.
